Warm Up Exercises

You will need a short amount of space (about 5 meters should be good)

Be sure that the space is safe and free from obstructions

Each step is completed for one length and then you walk back to the start, if the length is too short, repeat the step)

Russian Twists (Without ball, just make the motion)
